Our Mindfulness & Mood Management group for teens ages 13-17 is a great program for those who deal with anxiety symptoms, sadness or depression, mood swings and other common teenage issues! Weekly meetings will help your teen improve the ability to manage their moods, decrease anxious behaviors, increase mindfulness, communicate effectively, control impulses, and more! This group is based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and combines thoughtful discussion, activities and take-home skills to work on each week!

Enrollment is done monthly ($120 for 4 sessions) but you can join at anytime for prorated cost.  We encourage participants to commit to at least 8 weeks in order to master the skills taught but those who find continued support helpful are welcome to continue attending as long as they would like.
