mindfulness & mood management for teens (dbt)
Our Mindfulness & Mood Management group for teens ages 13-17 begins in April! Weekly meetings will help your child improve the ability to manage moods, increase mindfulness, communicate effectively, control impulses, and more!
Group is held every Tuesday evening at 5:30pm. Sign up here: registration.
Enrollment is done monthly ($120 for 4 sessions) but you can join at anytime for prorated cost. We encourage participants to commit to at least 8 weeks in order to master the skills taught but those who find continued support helpful are welcome to continue attending as long as they would like.
